Jimmie Dean began his auction profession in 1983.

Jimmie Dean is a 1983 graduate of the Reppert School of Auctioneering.

Since 1983 Jimmie Dean has conducted successful auction across south central Indiana as well as other states.

Jimmie Dean has been selling real estate both at auction and private treaty since 1985 and has held a Real Estate Brokers License in Indiana since 1987. Since that time he has conducted the sale of residential homes, vacant land and commercial real estate in south central Indiana.

He has been very successful in the sale of personal property such as Estates, Business Liquidations, Business Surplus and Equipment (farm and construction). And has become a well-known name in his market place when the word auction is brought up.

Jimmie Dean’s experience and product knowledge has allowed him to complete hundreds of property appraisals including both Real Estate and Personal Property.

Phyllis along with her husband, Jimmie Dean, is co-owner of Jimmie Dean Coffey Auctions & Realty

Phyllis has an extensive knowledge of auction related accounting systems, computerized "Radio Transmitted" clerking/cashiering techniques and equipment, thus adding to the smooth, accurate and timely registration, checkout and seller reports that has become expected of a professional auction company.

Phyllis has her Real Estate license as well as taken seminars with Jimmie Dean to further her knowledge and expertise in the Auction & Appraisal Industry.

Phyllis is a full time employee of Jimmie Dean Coffey Auctions & Realty overseeing the internal office needs as well as the onsite auction accounting including the time sensitive details for every auction.

Jimmie Dean and Phyllis Coffey were married in June 1984 and are the proud parents of two children (Christa Elyce Coffey born 1986 and James Cody Coffey born 1989). The whole family is active in the auction business and very active in the community (Church, School, 4-H as well as other social functions).

Joe is a licensed auctioneer and has been employed with Jimmie Dean Coffey Auctions and JDC Group, Inc. as an auctioneer since 1995. His experience is in the sale of all types of personal property. His knowledge of equipment and personal property values are a great asset to our clients.

Auctioneer / Licensed Real Estate Sales Person

David L. Matney received his auctionners license in 1984 recently graduated from Recp. Real Estate school and went on to successfully pass the state board examination to receive his real estate sales person license. He has vast knowledge of the farm equipment value, especially livestock equipment, and has recently passed the first of three courses required for an A.A.R.E. (Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate) designation.

David was the recipient in 2003 of the "Sagamore of the Wabash" award from Govenor Frank O'Bannon, the highest award given to a citizen of the state of Indiana.
